1. Course Objective
• The Tourism Management Course is the ideal path for those who wish to work in the world of
tourism and who want to strengthen both skills and knowledge of a large, complex and changing
sector. The structure of the course can allow each descendant to build a profile that can be
spent in different tourist and international contexts and that can therefore concern companies
or institutions operating in incoming and outgoing tourism. The course aims to deepen the world
of Tourism by approaching a multicultural and global study. Students will be able to acquire
issues related to the management of tourism companies, accommodation companies,
sustainability and environmental enhancement, as well as tourism policies in the sector and
management of social media and tourism marketing. Finally, considering the importance of soft
skills in the tourism sector, learners will be able to complete the course with an experiential
study of the most requested transversal skills, which are essential for their performance and
professional growth.
• The Hospitality Management Course is a strategic element for the quality of hospitality
services. The professional figure trained through this path plays a crucial role, as
he represents the first point of contact with the customer, and therefore equipped with excellent
soft skills and a good predisposition towards meeting needs. In addition, the transversality of
the profession finds an outlet in all those environments where the representation of a
coordinator and supervisor of the reception areas is necessary. The aim of the course is to
guarantee an exit level rich in soft and hard skills that can be guarantors of professionalism in
